Voluntary Deferrals

An employer-sponsored retirement plan contribution arrangement under which participants can choose to set aside part of their pretax compensation (e.g., salary and/or bonus) determined to be eligible for deferral according to the designation by the Plan Administrative Committee and elected by the participant during an eligible period for election as determined by the plan.
